What’s Happening …

It’s that time of the year again… the registration for the Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour is now open.  This is a great event.  If you are looking for longer indoor training ride to get ready for this, or any other event, then we have them for you.

The long rides will take place on March 13 (2.75 hours), March 27 (3 hours), April 4 (3.25 hours), and April 11 (3.5 hours), and the fee is $15.00 per ride including tax.

These rides will take place in the late afternoon, and updates regarding start times will be posted here closer to the dates listed.  You are welcome to book a bike at any time…..just send us a note (spinning@thepointforfitness.com).



Extra Ride Of The Week …

Base Building (2 hour) Ride

Saturday, February 13 at 3 pm with Julie

$13.00 including tax, Jujubes and Fig Newton Cookies

You can do this – really you can! For this ride we have discarded the traditional rules and regulations of a Spinning class.

The two hour Base Building Ride provides you with the opportunity to pedal at your own pace, ride seated or standing, and to build the aerobic foundation that is key to improved fitness.

And really there are no rules – you can even get off the bike should you need a break.
