Challenge Week – August 30 to September 4, 2010

Monday, August 30 at 6 pm –  Time Trial with Shen

Tuesday, August 31 at 6 pm – SPINtroduction with Laurie

Tuesday, August 31  at 7:15 pm – ABBA Ride with Maja – FULL

Wednesday, September 1 at 6 pm – How high can you climb with Kim – FULL

Thursday, September 2 at 6 pm – Cadence Revolution Ride with Keith

Saturday, September 4 at 9:15 am – Let’s do some jumps with Laurie

All rides are $10.00 (including HST) except for the SPINtroduction…it’s free!

All classes are 1 hour in length.

There is space to drop-in.  $14.00 including tax per class.

The Fall Spinning Session starts on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.  Registration for the session begins on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 8 am.

15 Week Session (one class per week) is $186.45 including HST.
